Patients who are self-pay could be at home or any location determined appropriate by the patient and their clinician.

1. Is this availabe at Pathways?​
​Answer: Yes! If you are a Pathways  patient and paying out of pocket, Telehealth is  available to those who are receiving mental health and co-occurring disorders services.  Patients who are self pay could be at home or any location determined appropriate by the individual receiving services.

2. Does this mean that I do not have to come to Pathways MHS Clinic?
​Answer: 
 Yes. Pathways patients who are self-pay could be at home or any location determined appropriate by the individual receiving services.

Is this secure and HIPAA Compliant?
Answer: Yes. Pathways is using a HIPAA compliant platform in the delivery of Telehealth to protect your privacy and confidentiality.  The software is free. 
​

​4. How much does it cost?  
Answer: Please call our Longview Office about telehealth costs for your specific needs.  The fees are also listed in our Telemedicine Informed Consent.

How do I sign up for this?
​If you are a new patient, we need all the intake forms and your financial agreement first. Please complete our forms (all mental health forms and the Telemedicine informed consent) to become a new patient of Pathways.
