Relapse Prevention Group Therapy Focused on Co-occurring Disorders : Delivered via Telehealth
This Co-occurring Disorders (COD) group is delivered via Pathways Telehealth secure, HIPAA compliant, encrypted platform and will discuss both mental health and substance use disorders. This is a combination of process and psychoeducational approaches. This group will be utilizing a co-occurring disorders workbook which all participants are required to purchase. Please use the interest survey below to be placed on the wait list for the next group.
Note: If you are not a current patient of Pathways MHS, you will need to have an intake first before you could join this telehealth group. To become a new patient, please complete our Therapy Interest Form. If you are using your health insurance, please verify that your plan offers telehealth coverage; if not, you have the option of paying out of pocket.
