Relapse Prevention Therapy:

Relapse Prevention (RP) is a  weekly combination of psychoeducational and process groups. This is an integral component of our patients' individualized treatment plan. Here you will learn how to identify your hidden warning signs, overt warning signs, and critical warning signs in order to prevent a relapse. We are currently utilizing Gorski's Relapse Prevention Therapy workbook and Daley's Co-occurring Disorders workbook. We encourage all our patients to purchase the workbook before joining our weekly group therapy sessions.
