Job Description:
Pathways MHS is seeking clinicians to deliver face-to-face therapy through our Telehealth platform. You will be a part of our Telehealth services team, providing much-needed access to clients who live in rural or remote areas of Washington, Iowa, Oregon, and Texas.
As a licensed or associate mental health professional you will be working primarily in one of our two clinics face-to-face with patients or via our Telehealth platform. You will provide mental health related services to youth, young adults, and adult populations seeking mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders treatment. You will conduct intake assessments, screenings, intervention, treatment, monitoring of mental health conditions, care coordination, individual service/treatment plan, discharge planning and follow-up care in-person, or via Telehealth. A Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) conducts brief intervention, individual therapy, as well as group, couples, and family therapy in-person or via Telehealth.

- Weekly clinical supervision is provided for Licensed Associate as part of your employment at Pathways.
- Once a month clinical consultation and collaboration with the clinical team for the fully licensed provider.
